Terms of use
PoolNet is a public catalog of nodes collected from open sources. We do not operate the nodes, are not a VPN provider and do not sell access. Connections are established directly between you and the node.
What this site is
PoolNet collects, checks and publishes lists of publicly available proxies and VPN configurations. We do not create, own or manage the nodes. User traffic does not pass through our servers: the client connects to the selected node directly.
Public data
All entries are collected from open sources and belong to their owners. We do not warrant that a list is complete, current or lawful in your jurisdiction. Nodes can appear, disappear and change without notice. A check describes one moment, not a permanent property of a node.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We give no warranty of availability, speed, stability, anonymity, security or legality of third-party nodes. A public node can technically log, modify or redirect traffic; the absence of a MITM flag does not make a node owner trustworthy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of node owners, for the content, availability or security of their services, or for any damage, data loss, blocking or other consequence of using the published lists. You use the service at your own risk.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and the rules of the services you connect to. Do not use public nodes for unlawful activity and do not send sensitive data through them without your own encryption. Use HTTPS and verify certificates; a public node is not sufficient protection for anonymity.
